1997 Beneteau Oceanis 44 CC

The interior is finished with quality Cherry interior joinery. The layout includes a spacious salon with a dedicated navigation station, a large forward cabin, forward head, a linear galley on the starboard side with TONS of storage, an impressive aft owner’s cabin with a comfortable center line berth, and an en-suite head with a separate shower/bath stall. There are several opening hatches, ports and air conditioning.

Aft Cabin

The spacious aft owner’s cabin has a comfortable center line queen bed, two hanging lockers, storage space/lockers along the side of the hull, and a dressing table with mirror. The en-suite head has a vanity with a stainless-steel sink, mirror, medicine cabinet, storage lockers, toilet, and a separate shower stall/tub with a seat.

Salon

In the salon there is a large u-shaped settee to port with a beautiful dining table, two chairs to starboard, an aft facing nav station with an opening chart table, four fixed ports, and an overhead hatch. Salon Storage: Aft and under the settees, bulkhead bookcase, two hull side cabinets, three cubbies, cabinetry under the nav station, bottle storage between the chairs, cabinets outboard and a drawer under the seats.

Forward Cabin and Head

The large forward cabin features a v-berth, six hull side cabinets, hanging locker, under berth storage, two lockers, a seat, vanity/desk with mirror, an opening port for ventilation and a large overhead hatch.

The forward head is on the starboard side aft of the forward cabin. Composite easy-care vanity and sink, mirror, two lockers, shower seat, opening port, opening hatch, electric shower sump and Jabsco electric deluxe freshwater head (new 2022).

Galley

The galley is on the starboard side between the nav station and the aft cabin. It offers a secure work area for food prep with generous counter space and tons of storage.
