Levon is a very capable and comfortable yacht to cruise or use as a dialed-in live aboard - you won’t find a better option than this 52’ 3 stateroom, 3 head, 2 salon layout with a huge flybridge. This yacht lives like a 70' footer.  It spent the majority of its life in freshwater and it shows. Well over 500K has been spent on the interior and exterior since its major refit in 2018 and today. UPPER SALON + COCKPIT: The full beam upper salon and lower helm is accessed by Marquipt stairs and aluminum landing that allows safe boarding at dock. There is seating for 5, a big screen TV and Sonos sound bar along with a convenient under counter refrigerator and power blinds for easy heat/sun/privacy management with the push of a button. Access to the cockpit is through the salon where you'll find easy care teak composite flooring, a Magna grill and the ladder accessing the hydraulic swim platform that safely carries the tender on journeys or lowers below the waterline for lounging slightly submerged on those hot days! 

LOWER SALON + GALLEY:  The lower salon has a new Crate and Barrel reclining sofa for cozy TV viewing and relaxing, a big screen TV with Sonos sound bar. This salon also includes a table and seating for 4 to dine comfortably. Down two steps is a proper galley with Frigidaire and Bosh stainless steel appliances: full size refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove and cooktop and a microwave (all installed 2018). There is enough room for two people to work on the beautiful granite counters. 

VIP STATEROOM + HEAD

Beyond the galley is the VIP Stateroom with a walk around bed, TV, lockers and full head. 

MID STATEROOM + HEAD

Midship is the 3rd stateroom with two single bunks, TV, locker and a full head across the hall that also works well as the day head for guests. 

AFT STATEROOM + HEAD

This is a very generous master stateroom with a walkaround queen bed, plenty of storage and locker space, a TV. The beautiful ensuite head includes an oversized shower where you can start your day with a HOT 30+ minute shower thanks to the newly upgraded hot water system.

FLY BRIDGE 

The upper helm includes two Raymarine MDF’s, Raymarine autopilot, VHF radio and bow thruster controls to pilot comfortably from the bridge. A new frame and enclosure was installed by Portland’s premiere canvas maker in May 2024. It has great ventilation on warm days and inclement weather is not a problem with the upgraded 1 1/4 stainless steel frame. Best of all, there is a huge U shape seating configuration that creates a very comfortable cruising space for 10+ that includes a big screen TV and another undercounter refrigerator making an amazing entertainment space out on the water or dockside!
