The Californian LRC is often referred to as America's answer to the Grand Banks, and indeed was first designed as such but has since become a classic in its own right. With traditional trawler lines, she boasts wide, safe walkaround decks and a sea kindly hull design that decreases roll. The interior features teak and mahogany cabinetry and trim and a two double stateroom layout that is airy, spacious and comfortable. She's great for coastal cruising and for living aboard, with sufficient fuel capacity and economy to reach Mexico from Los Angeles, and is the perfect boat for Santa. The Californian 42' LRC was very popular traditional trawler style with over 200 made over her lengthy production run. Solid fiberglass hull construction and long keel provides excellent tracking and directional control.
